New Colt BB Pistol Offers Inexpensive Trigger Time

FORT SMITH, ARKANSAS – (January 19, 2010) Grip a Colt Defender BB Pistol and you’ll be impressed by its all-metal frame construction. Weighing in at just over 1.5 pounds, it’s barely distinguishable from the weight of the 1911 Colt Defender .45 ACP.

The Defender is the only BB pistol with an all-metal frame in its price range of 55 to 65 dollars that fires BBs at a whopping 440 feet per second. It has a built-in magazine that holds a capacity of 16 BBs and is powered by a modern valve system that uses a single 12-gram CO2 capsule. The pistol’s magazine and CO2 cavity are concealed by a spring-loaded grip cover.

The Colt Defender is a fast-action double action only BB pistol with a 4.3-inch barrel that measures an overall length of 6.75-inches.
